Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. For faster delivery, we offer an Express shipping option with an estimated arrival of 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number on our carrier's portal to view real-time updates.
Returns & Refunds
We provide a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and kept within the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive an automated email notification as soon as the transaction is complete.
Orders & Payments
We currently accept all major credit cards. For your convenience, we also provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for eligible orders.
Yes, we offer professional gift wrapping for a nominal fee. You may select this service during the final stage of the checkout process.
